killing, wiping out, starving and annihilating Palestinians in response to Hamas’ attack on October 7th is not reasonable 

the geo-political history between Israel and Palestine is incredibly rich and should be, considering the violent displacement and dispossession of land, property, and belongings along with the destruction of Palestinian society and the suppression of their culture, identity, and political rights in 1948

it’s propaganda, and a tactic used throughout history when white bodies want to justify taking land and the natural resources the land holds from brown bodies to promulgate that the original peoples are not sophisticated enough to utilize the land they live upon and are morally bankrupt therefore oppression is justified in whatever means is necessary to remove them from their land

so, when it comes to the open air prison that the Israeli occupation created for Palestinians and the fact that Jews from America and all around the world have had and continue to have more rights to Palestinian land than Palestinians do, i think about what our country do if a another country wanted our land and thought they were entitled to the United States because they were morally superior? we would fight, we would bomb, we would fight until we couldn’t fight anymore 

you know, just like when all of the indigenous tribes of the Americas tried to protect themselves from Spain and the European colonial settlers who eventually claimed indigenous land as the United States of America. Indigenous tribes were killed, occupied and marched either to their death or to their open air prisons that we call reservations

all moral superiority creates moral deficit  - it dehumanizes, it kills, it occupies, it rapes, it tortures and it consumes any and all earthly bodies with a bottomless appetite all in the name of carving out space to be morally safe

i do not justify killing 1,200 and I do not justify killing over 40,000 in response. october 7th gave Israel’s far right government the justification it needed to kill Palestinians out in the open and Israel’s response gave Hamas a stronger heartbeat 

just to be clear for the folks in the back, I am an anti-Zionist. i am an anti-Zionist because to be a Zionist you have to adopt an oppressive ideology that morally justifies ethnic cleansing, genocide and occupation.  ANYONE, from any religion or identity can be a Zionist or an anti-Zionist

I am 100% anti Zionist and 1000% NOT, I repeat NOT an anti-semite. It is a deflection and a political tactic used by the state of Israel, Zionists and Zionist supporters to inextricably link the two and it shows a moral corruption from anyone receiving criticism of Israel’s response to the attack on October 7th to turn that criticism into proof of anti-semitism

the cognitive dissonance required to justify an absolute genocide in Palestine is nightmarish 

i have no solutions. I am not a political intellectual, but I do know that if a two state solution was ever possible it will now never be realized, how could it be?
